🔹 The file(s) transmitted aren’t complete and/or readable.
Your certification has been refused because the document you’ve sent is incomplete and/or unreadable. We thus invite you to repeat the process and to make sure you verify that you are sending us both the front and back of your document, that no part was cropped out of your image, and that the file is readable.
🔹 The file(s) transmitted have expired.
Your certification has failed because your ID has expired. We thus invite you to repeat the process by using an updated ID card, passport or driver’s license.
