Can I change my type of collection?

You can switch from a "per content" collection to a "per month" collection. The reverse is not possible.

⚙️ Here’s how:

1. go to your page and click on the button “Edit my page” at the top right;
2. in the collection panel at the top right, click on the button “Type of collection”;
3. in the following pop-up window, select the "monthly" collection mode (or edit the name of the content thanks to which you collect your Tips).

⚠️ Attention, please note:

• that by changing your type of collection, you will also change how your current recurring Tippers are charged for their Tips. It’s an important decision!
• that your Tippers will receive an email informing them of this change.

You can also enable (or disable) the “Recurring Tips only” option at any time.

By opting for recurring Tips only, you are exclusively authorising recurring Tips on your page.

⚙️ Here’s how:

1. go to your page and click on the "Edit my page" button at the top right of your page;
2. in the collection block at the top right, click on the "Collection settings" button;
3. in the pop-up, "Collection recurrence" section, check or uncheck the box "I only want to receive recurring Tips."
